OUT REACH LETTER TO PARENTS

Dear Parents,

It gives us great pleasure to announce our  outreach programme for the year 2014.

We plan to conduct an in house activity involving the golden parishioners of our church.

Our Theme:Exodus 20:12  Honour your father and mother

Guests of Honour: Golden Parishioners Group of Church of Divine Mercy

Activity : Breakfast , Fun & Games

Date: 6th April 2014(Sunday)

Time :8.30am- 11a.m

Venue:St Philip Minh Room (Next to Our Lady’s Grotto)

In order to make this event a reality , we require  your cooperation.

• Firstly, Please make sure your child is present by 8am on the day.
• Secondly we require supplies in the form of food and gifts for the Golden Parishioners.
• We propose to give each elder , a door gift and we will serve a simple breakfast spread suitable for all.
• Cost: To this end we request that each child contribute RM10 .Parents who wish to contribute more in cash or kind are welcome to do so.

The children will perform a medley of songs and skits and hopefully be able to play a few games and run a little bible quiz .we expect that the event will end by 11am.
